EYES WRITE RIGHT

Windows to the soul; The pathway to greatness. Bringer of light; Remover of darkness. Take my pen, Ye portal of tears. Inscribe what thine heart sayeth, Ye sighter of fears. Write my stories, Both black and gray. Include the past I threw away. When tongues and ears refuse to see, Be my sight. When hearts and souls sing, Take note of my dance steps. For when eyes write, The right things are said. The right things are done, The right things are heard. Revelation Poet ©2016 Follow me on [ FACEBOOK ]

POETRY AND MARKETING

However, many writers have found success and gained notoriety with their poetry. Here are a few steps to help you market your poems without losing sight of the important creative work involved with being a poet. Click [ HERE ] to get the file..

June 3rd

On that sad day, The wind knew no breaks - the trees bowed their heads and branches where the breath of these rains went. The drains felt strain so gained enough strength to drive others into evaporation. Anytime we try looking back, we see their shadows throwing light back at us because their future was so bright. On that sad day... Tears form friendships with cheeks; dirges marry lips. Old age describes our sorrow in detail; a never ending clip. On that sad day... We didn't lose lives; we lost destinies unheard. So as you say a prayer today, Please remember those who died on June 3rd. Revelation Poet ©2016 Photo credit: Tales of Nazir
