When the sky bows to kiss our feet, when the sun longs to dry our tears
When the wind no longer blows our pain away,
And the world finally ignore our fears,
When tomorrow decides to show his dark sentiments to us
Our pains will be left for us to carry alone
And when the dark secrets of the world are exposed
Our thoughts will never deny us again,
We will be closer to our dreams than we thought,
Dancing to the sweet rhythm of the night
Because our feets have felt the pulse of this brave land before
Because our tongues have tasted love from these old pots before.
There is a thin line, a narrow gap that separates us from our freedom,
And when we finally defy the odds, we will no longer be slaves of life.
We will not only live once, but we will survive
